    Exchange problem

    The sleeves are very soft and seem to be durable. I really need to exchange for a smaller size . Til this day unable to get a reply on my exchange. I have emailed twice.

    These are so beautifully made. I recently got an infection and have a pic line. They are soft and comfortable and very true to size. I had a question about the size I ordered and customer service was amazing. Would definitely buy from them again if I needed any other products along this line.
