Order Processing

It takes 1-2 business days (M-F) before your order finds itself at the post office. For orders placed late in the week, they may not be shipped out until early the following week.

For those who want the free shipping for orders over $35 option, you will see a drop down menu called "Shipping Method" at checkout. Free Standard Shipping is the first option. It will suggest 7-12 days for shipping. Please note, this timeline includes order processing. Faster options are available for a fee.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through USPS First Class International. Delivery dates and postage rates vary by country.
USPS has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service disruptions within the country. See all countries with temporary service and guaranteed-delivery suspensions. 
Please note that our USPS First Class International Shipping option does not include tracking information to all countries once it leaves the United States.

Will I be charged customs & import taxes?


International Customers: Sometimes your order may be charged an additional customs fee or import tax. If applicable, these fees are determined by your local government and/or postal service, not Spoonie Threads. You are ultimately responsible for paying these fees, and unpaid fees may incur delivery delays. If you have any questions, send us an email at hello@spooniethreads.com.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number will be sent via email once we've processed and shipped your order. Processing time may vary slightly, depending on the product(s) ordered. Please note that tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours after shipment to appear in the system.

If you need to update your shipping address, please let us know immediately. Once we have sent you the tracking number for the order, we can no longer update the address. 

We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address, if the information was incorrectly entered at purchase. Please double check your details so we can ensure your products find their way to you.


What is "Shipping Protection" and why is it in my cart? 

Shipping Protection is an optional choice that gives added protection to your order from loss, theft, or damage during shipping and delivery. The fees correspond to the value of your cart and begin as low as $1.50. Without purchasing shipping package protection, Spoonie Threads cannot cover lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  

Shipping Protection offers easy claim resolution with our customer service at hello@spooniethreads.com  

Please Note: Shipping Protection is visible in your cart at the bottom and needs to be added PRIOR to starting checkout by selecting the checkbox to the green on position. Then you will see it added to your cart during checkout. To remove simply return to your cart and slide the button back off. 

 

What can I do to protect my package delivery?

To avoid having any issues with shipping or delivery with your order we advise you to double check to ensure the address is correct.
