Product is well made (iIncluded photo shows 2 size YS & 3 size YM). I doubt the S, which should fit a circumference of 16-19", would actually fit a child of the that size. The S bands were 14.5" around: there's only a little stretch, due to the un-stretchy zipper taking up half the circumference, so I think a child with a 16" belly might be uncomfortable. I doubt it would fit a child with a 19" belly. The lack of stretch in the zipper puts stress on the stitching: when I gave the M a tug to check the stretch, it popped a couple stitches at the end of the zipper. I was more gentle than you'd need to be to get this over a child's head. It definitely has to be pulled up over the hips. The M does fit a child with a 21-22" circumference. It is supposed to go up to 24", but I have doubts (unless it stretches out over time).

We ordered more for our son who had a Mitrofanoff and has issues leaking from his port - these have been a life saver. We've pared them with organic cotton nursing pads to help give him time when he's leaking before his shirt gets wet.

My son had a surgery requiring a port in his belly. We've been having some issues with it leaking in between drains. This belly band has been a lifesaver. It gives us time to address the leak before his clothes get wet. It's super soft, and stretchy and fits him perfectly. He's a roughly a 6T in pants of Small in boys shirts. We're also considering getting nursing pads to insert between his belly and the band to add another layer of drip protection that's safe for skin contact.

I love the idea of having a sleek covering in nude but the material is too thick and tight. I am usually a small/medium but it was too tight. I ordered the large/xl but it was too big. I’d love to see this remade in a stretchy material like the “Skims - Fits Every body” underwear.

Great quality. Compression is like a snug shirt, though I'm on the lower end of the size range. Size down if you want more compression.

While I have several abdominal maladies happening, I ordered two of these abdominal supports and they are well constructed, wash easily and give me the comfort that I need. I’ve recommended they one is created to fit the entire abdomen, below navel to rib cage. I need to wear both to support this area.
