ACCESSIBLE – We've put side slits on BOTH sides to reach feeding tubes, catheters and ports and help manage tangles with tubing and lines. Our two-way zipper is thoughtfully positioned down the front, providing convenient access for parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals who require access to the abdomen or chest area.

COMFORT - Our pajamas are designed with your baby's comfort in mind. The zippers have a gentle fabric backing, ensures a soft touch against your little one's skin. Crafted from a stretchy cotton jersey, these pjs offer the perfect blend of softness and breathability, ensuring your baby's utmost comfort throughout the day. Plus, it's tagless and sensory-friendly, eliminating any potential discomfort.

VERSATILE - In addition to providing access, the side slits can also be used to steady loose lines during treatments. Helps prevent tangling with tubing! The two-way zipper means you can open and close from the neck or the foot for ease in dressing and diaper changes.

SLEEPTIME - With these pajamas, there's no need to disturb a peacefully sleeping infant or go through the hassle of undressing to access feeding tubes or ports—simply use the side slits or you can open the zipper from the neck or foot. Your baby can stay cozy, warm, and fully dressed during treatments or feeds, making their comfort our top priority.

HOSPITAL or HOME - Although our adaptive apparel is frequently bought for hospital stays, treatments, or surgeries, it's also perfect for everyday home use. It streamlines the process of dressing around ports, lines, tubing, and stomas making life easier and more comfortable for medically complex babies and toddlers.

Spoonie Threads products have been thoughtfully created with the input and guidance of one of our founders, a skilled surgeon, who actively contributes to the design and development process.

Great for our medical needs, but a little expensive

We love the buttons everywhere. It makes cares for our boy's trach and gj-tube much easier. We just wish they were a little cheaper, especially as many of the families who may use them already facing financial pressures.

Runs small

Fits my daughter great, long enough but definitely tight around all areas and she’s small for her age! So runs small in my opinion. I also bought it on clearance, so $10 is awesome, but full price isn’t worth it.

So excited to find adaptive clothing for my granddaughter. Only giving 4 on item quality because it because a small slit in seam was not sewn. Fixed it myself and kept the item. Thank you for offering these clothing items. They are so difficult to find.
